After completing the ordering process, we will send you an order confirmation with our account details to your email address as stated. All products at yourdecoshop are custom-made for each buyer. Hence, yourdecoshop only starts producing your goods after received your payment. Bank transfers within the EEC usually take 4 working days.

We will send you a payment reminder via email after 14 days of receipt of your order if we have not received your payment. If you have not paid your order and need to cancel an item, please send us an email with the subject "Cancellation + your order number" to shop@yourdecoshop.it.
